REFUND POLICY: All E-Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable upon purchase; however, your E-Ticket can be used anytime within a 90-day period by contacting us to redeem your ticket.  Once your ticket is verified, you will be given a credit to be used within 90 days for any other ticketed event or product that we may offer.

TRANSPORTATION CANCELLATION POLICY: Transportation pick-up location times may change or stops may be eliminated (with notice) based on ticket sales.  In the event that we cancel your transportation arrangements (for any reason), all ticket holders will receive a full refund.
